SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping delivers within 3-5 business days. Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $35 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $5.99.

Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is available for an additional $12.99. In-store pickup is free and typically ready within 2 hours of ordering.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For large or oversized items, please contact customer service for delivery options and pricing.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Exchanges are subject to product availability and can be arranged through customer service.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
